3. Booking Process

When you make a booking through GetMyBooking.co.uk:

• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless stated otherwise
• We act as an agent for airlines, hotels, and other travel suppliers
• Your contract is with the respective travel supplier
• We will send you a confirmation email once your booking is confirmed

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Prices are subject to change until full payment is received
• We accept payment via credit/debit cards and bank transfers
• A processing fee may apply for certain payment methods
• Additional charges may apply for baggage, seat selection, and other extras

5. Travel Documents

It is your responsibility to ensure you have:

• A valid passport with at least 6 months validity
• Appropriate visas for your destination
• Travel insurance covering your trip
• Any required vaccination certificates
• We are not liable for any issues arising from invalid or missing documents

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by supplier:

• Flight cancellations are subject to airline policies
• Hotel cancellations depend on the property's policy
• Administrative fees may apply to all cancellations
• Refunds will be processed within 14-21 working days
• Some bookings may be non-refundable

7. Changes & Amendments

• Change fees may apply in addition to any fare difference
• Name changes on tickets are typically not permitted
• Date changes may be possible with applicable fees

8. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance. We can provide insurance options upon request. We are not responsible for any losses incurred due to lack of insurance.

9. Limitation of Liability

GetMyBooking.co.uk acts as an agent and is not liable for:

• Services provided by airlines, hotels, or other suppliers
• Delays, cancellations, or changes by travel suppliers
• Loss of baggage or personal belongings
• Injury, illness, or death during travel
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, strikes, or pandemics

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.
